Don't be surprised when you step into the church building tomorrow if you feel like you've been transported to the mountains of Alaska, somewhere north of the Arctic Circle. Vacation Bible School 2006 is here, and I couldn't be more excited. As I write this blog entry, decorating is nearly complete for our Arctic Edge adventure, and I fully expect to see the Northern Lights in our sanctuary tonight when I turn out the lights.
Bible School begins Monday, 5-8:30 p.m. and goes until Friday. Dinner will be served each night, and transportation is available by calling the church before 3 p.m. each day (236-5489). Commencement will be Sunday night at 6 p.m. during our evening worship service.
Please be in prayer for our 2006 V.B.S. Let's pray that this year's will be the best one ever, and that many young people will come to know Jesus as their Savior.
