Our youth returned from their summer camp in Laguna Beach, Florida on Monday night and the reports were incredible. Youth from our church and Antioch in Oxford both attended this year's camp, and the number of professions of faith was reportedly 16. Of those, 7 were teens who went with our group. Many of them were baptized on Monday morning in the Gulf of Mexico. Praise the Lord for His life-changing power!
The youth will be sharing about their experiences at camp during tonight's service. You don't want to miss it.
Sorry I've been negligent in updating the blog, but I wasn't anywhere near a computer while out of town last week. Now that I'm back, the updates will again be more regular.
