What an incredible day we had this past Sunday at EFBC! From Sunday School (which recorded our highest attendance in nearly two years) to a packed worship service to an incredible turn-out for our planned activities, God truly blessed this special day. "Sensational Sunday" definitely lived up to its name.
Best of all was what happened at the AWANA Registration table. Angela registered at least 21 children for AWANA (children not affiliated with EFBC) and passed out dozens of other registration cards that parents took home with them. This is exactly the kind of kick-off we needed for this exciting new ministry.
God also blessed us mightily last week during our Fall Revival. It was perfect preparation for our huge outreach day. I believe our church is experiencing a bit of a great awakening, and I pray that we will not decide to take a nap now that we have been revived. I believe we are on the verge of seeing God do something big at EFBC. Let's just keep giving Him all the praise and glory!
