End of Series

This past Sunday morning we finished up our series Living What You Believe from Romans 12-15. I hope these messages have given you some very practical, hands-on information that will help you be all that God wants you to be. Some of the things we've learned in this series include:

-How to be a living sacrifice and be separated from this world.

-Finding your place of service and discovering your spiritual gifts.

-How to know the difference between real love and fake love.

-Learning how to love life and how to build healthy relationships.

-Knowing how to deal with people who are mean.

-Being a good Christian citizen, which includes obeying the laws of the land and paying taxes.

-The importance of sanctification.

-The freedom we have in Christ, as well as the great responsibility that goes along with that freedom.

-How to promote unity in the body of Christ.

-How to be accepting of people in the body of Christ.

-The importance of finding our focus.

God's Word is so relevant to us today! Some people say that the Bible is out-dated and not practical to people of the 21st century. Those who say that have either never read the Bible or they've never met the same Jesus that I've met. He is the same yesterday, today and forever, and His Word was and is relevant yesterday, today and forever.

I'm particularly fond of the one about accepting others in the Body of Christ!
